1. 7-Day Full Refund Guarantee
If you choose to withdraw from the mentorship program within seven (7) days from the start of your first live class or session, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the program fee.
- The refund request must be made in writing to team@cracknontech.com within the 7-day window.
- No questions asked. We respect your decision.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the day of refund being approved.
- The refund will be made to the original mode of payment.
2. Placement Guarantee Refund (After 12 Months)
We stand by the outcomes we promise. If you do not secure any placement opportunity (internship or job aligned with the mentorship track) within one year (12 months) from the date of enrollment, you will be eligible for a 100% refund, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must have maintained at least 80% attendance in live sessions.
- You must have completed all major assignments, mock interviews, and tasks provided as part of the program.
- You must have actively applied to job/internship opportunities shared by our team or on recommended platforms.
- You must not have rejected any reasonable placement offers provided during the program.
Upon verification of compliance with the above conditions, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Please Note:
- No partial refunds will be issued.
- All refunds are subject to verification of eligibility and may be declined if the terms are not met.
- CrackNonTech reserves the right to modify or withdraw this policy at any time, without prior notice, for future enrollments.
