About the Role:
Cleartrip is seeking a highly analytical and skilled Business Analyst to support category and leadership teams with data-driven insights and reporting. You’ll be responsible for turning complex business problems into analytical solutions, building dashboards, and presenting actionable insights.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and develop reports/dashboards for stakeholders
- Translate structured/unstructured problems into analytical models
- Provide insights using descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
- Work hands-on with SQL, Excel, Python/R, Power BI, Tableau, and Data Studio
- Build roadmaps for metric improvement and track performance
- Communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams
🎯 Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in business analysis
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio)
- Experience in scripting languages like Python or R
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with diverse stakeholders
