 Fleet Operations Leads (FOL) at Blinkit!

Blinkit is expanding its last-mile operations, and we’re looking for skilled Fleet Operations Leads to help optimize delivery services and ensure a seamless rider experience.

What You’ll Do:
– Manage fleet operations and ensure smooth delivery.
– Onboard delivery partners based on store requirements & conduct on-ground activation.
– Manage on-ground operations to ensure rider retention, issue resolution, and a great rider experience.
– Deliver training on best practices and Standard Operating Processes (SOPs).
– Execute central initiatives and ensure disruption-free operations.
– Gather feedback from delivery partners and provide actionable solutions.

Who You Are:
– 0-6 months of experience
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
– Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
– Engage in hands-on operations.
