🧩 About the Role

  • Position: Product Support Analyst
  • Experience Required: 1–3 years (preferred)

🎯 Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming support requests and resolve transaction issues across systems
  • Build SOPs, custom reports, and perform training for stakeholders
  • Collaborate across Finance, Legal, Order Management, Product, and Compliance teams
  • Monitor and improve data quality, support incident resolution, and data visualization
  • Ensure smooth data processing using Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, etc.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Data Governance, Data Quality, or Data Management
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, and DevOps tools
  • Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Understanding of finance business frameworks (AR, AP, GL, etc.) is desirable
