📊 Key Responsibilities
- Apply marketing principles and strategies to define and manage audience segments
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand campaign goals and build data-driven segmentation strategies
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with PII data handling standards in terms of storage, transfer, and disposal
- Utilize Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Adobe Campaign Classic to create segments and enrich audiences
- Work across systems for data governance and integration workflows
🧠 Must-Have Skills
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management
- Hands-on experience with AEP (audience segmentation, data governance) or Adobe Campaign Classic
- Knowledge of PII data protocols and compliance standards
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
💼 Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in lead nurture workflows
- Exposure to data modeling and audience cohort creation
- Familiarity with Postman or similar tools for API integration
- Working knowledge of JavaScript
