Mastercard is seeking an entry-level Associate Analyst to join its Product Data & Analytics team. You’ll work on creating a single source of truth (SSOT) data platform, shaping data models, and driving data-driven decisions across the organization.

📊 Key Responsibilities
- Define logical/conceptual data models and mappings for the SSOT platform
- Maintain the data catalog and ensure scalable support for self-service analytics
- Collect business requirements and translate into technical deliverables
- Conduct data validation, cleansing, and quality-control activities
- Apply DataOps practices and write maintainable code for high-scale data environments
- Support UAT, documentation (data dictionaries, mappings), and collaboration with cross-functional teams
💼 Required Skills
- 2+ years’ experience in data analysis / reporting / analytics
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with large data sets
- Ability to define data models and mappings; experience in data validation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and work under ambiguity
🛠️ Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial services or payments industry
- Familiarity with Cloudera Hadoop, SQL Server, Microsoft BI, Cloud Platforms
- Exposure to Python, Scala, Spark, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Domo, PowerBI)
