Job Summary
We’re hiring a Data Analyst with a strong engineering and mathematical background to join our team at the PB Gurgaon Office. You’ll analyze large datasets, uncover business insights, and drive data-driven decision-making using tools like SQL, Power BI, and Python.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover patterns and root causes behind key metrics
- Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI or QuickSight
- Conduct EDA and build predictive models for business use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate problems into analytical solutions
- Ensure data quality and drive decisions with real-time insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CS, Math, or related fields)
- Strong foundations in Math, Probability, Linear Algebra, and Statistics
Required Skills
- SQL: Intermediate to advanced
- Excel: Advanced functions, Pivot Tables
- Power BI / QuickSight: Data modeling, DAX, storytelling
- Python: Pandas, NumPy, basic ML/EDA libraries
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
