Role Overview:
We’re hiring an Implementation Analyst to lead client onboarding, configure commission plans, and translate business logic into automated workflows using SQL and internal tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own new customer onboarding projects
• Translate commission plans into rule-based configurations
• Build complex SQL queries for data processing
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support
• Create dashboards and reports
• Identify workflow improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• 0–1 years in implementation, business analysis, or SaaS operations
• Strong SQL (MySQL preferred) and Excel skills
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot a plus)
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Statistics, Business, or related
