About the Role
Join Freshworks as a Business Analyst in the Revenue Operations team. You’ll support sales, marketing, finance, and customer success by managing data, resolving issues, and generating insights to drive efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Resolve internal sales/support tickets
- Audit data and ensure process accuracy
- Create reports and share insights
- Collaborate with sales, tech, and ops teams
- Support CRM tools and escalate issues as needed
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business/data analysis
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Math, Economics, or related field
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Good communication and multitasking abilities
- CRM experience is a plus
