Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Gurugram. If you’re passionate about using data to drive real business impact, this is your chance to turn data into insights and insights into strategic decisions. You’ll work cross-functionally to develop dashboards, perform data modeling, and deliver actionable analysis to guide business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and anomalies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet data needs
• Apply statistical techniques and data models to support decision-making
• Clearly communicate insights to technical and non-technical teams
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all outputs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field; or PG in Data Science
• 2–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst role
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases
• Skilled in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis
• Bonus: Knowledge of regression, clustering, and forecasting techniques
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
